Pax Yemen is committed to the basic principles of safety, security, environment, and quality to operate its facilities efficiently and safely, as the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and anyone who deals with us is one of our most basic priorities, as our main goal is to prevent all accidents and ensure the application of occupational safety and health regulations and environmental protection through the following elements:
- Inventory and analyze potential risks/threats related to health, safety, security, environment and quality, and take the necessary measures to prevent and reduce work-related risks.
- Promoting health, safety, security, environment and quality in the company and its management.
- Effectively promote a culture of occupational safety and health through proactive participation in the workplace.
- Develop key performance indicators to achieve objectives and continuous improvements, with regular audits to assess compliance with objectives and policies.
- Creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and service providers by providing appropriate facilities and necessary protective equipment.
- Conducting training courses for employees and enhancing efficiency, supported by internal procedures and instructions.
